Want to be a "Cut above the Rest"..??
Once you have completed the PADI Instructor Development Course you will not want to stop there....
People are discovering new and exciting places to dive all over the world, and more and more people the world over are seeking out the right location and dive centre to become certified and "get their PADI".
To meet this growing demand more PADI facilities are opening. However, at the same time, more people are becoming PADI Dive Instructors.
The market for dive instructors is competitive and like any competitive market, the best jobs tend to go to the best applicants.
This is why it’s so important when wishing to pursue a rewarding career in the scuba diving industry to be a cut above the rest.
This doesn’t just mean having more theoretical knowledge or a better understanding of the business of diving. Nor does it mean achieving the best results on the PADI IE – all three you will have anyway if you completed one of our Instructor Development Courses (IDC)!
To get the job YOU want, in the location YOU wish to live, YOU need to be the BEST you can and be a cut above the REST!

MSDT Internship – Team Teaching PADI Diver Level Courses
The MSDT Internship program involves team teaching all levels of PADI diver courses alongside our experienced Instructional team here at Crystal Dive.
During the first course you ‘team teach’, you will present 1-2 modules of both knowledge development & confined water training, help student divers overcome learning difficulties in the classroom, whilst problem solving & correcting student divers in the pool.
During the Open water training dives you will conduct skill repetition, as well as lead the final training dive of the course. We will give you more responsibility in line with your performance as you progress through the Internship.
As your confidence increases, so will your teaching skills. Don’t forget about your organization skills too, they will become much smoother.
An average program usually involves team teaching 3 Open Water courses, an Advanced course, as well as an EFR & Rescue Diver course. PADI Specialty diver courses are popular with our customers so you will also have an opportunity to team teach some of the PADI Specialty diver courses you will be certified to teach.
Average group size at Crystal Dive is 4 people, so expect to get at least 30 PADI certifications from the Instructor Internship.
Performance Based – Personalized – Tailored
The Internship program is tailored to YOUR personal needs and timeframe. Like every PADI course or program the MSDT Prep & Internship is performance based, and as such there is NO Maximum number of PADI certifications you can gain.
