Koh Tao, Thailand
Unlike neighbouring Koh Samui and Koh Phangan, Koh Tao remained untouched by tourism for many years. Then in the late 1980's the first Samui based dive operators began running overnight live-aboard trips and were amazed by what they saw.
Crystal clear waters boasting an amazing array of colour and coral reefs alive with an incredible diversity of marine life. Soon dive operations began re-locating to Koh Tao realizing they had uncovered a wealth of untouched beauty.
Fifteen years later, an increase in tourism and growth has seen Koh Tao recognized one of the world's most beautiful islands, both above and below the water.
Koh Tao Beaches
Koh Tao is a beautiful, tropical island located off the east coast in the Gulf of Thailand. It is blessed with golden beaches, stunning bays, mountain views and some of the best (and most famous) scuba diving sites in the world.
Koh Nang Yuan
Made up of three small islands Koh Nang Yuan is in a very exclusive club worldwide. During low tide, all ‘three islands’ are joined by its white sandy beaches, allowing you to walk from one to the other.
Koh Tao Weather
The weather in Koh Tao is a typically tropical climate. The nature of the island and numerous dive sites means even when we have windy days, we are able to move around the island and dive a sheltered site.
